Jash Engineering has informed JASH Engineering Limited's business exposure to projects under the Government of India’s Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) focusses on providing a functional tap connection to every rural household, schools, Anganwadis, and health centers through piped water. This involves 1) building water treatment plants to treat water, 2) lots of piping to transport this water to villages and 3) small automated valves to control flow of water to villages and households. We are not a piping manufacturer nor a commercial valves manufacturer. Hence our exposure in JJM projects is limited to products required in treatment plants. However, most water treatment plants under JJM were small sized and executed by small contractors who mostly opted for cheaper suppliers of equipment required in their projects. Because of this, Jash as a company had no major role in JJM projects. As on date, the Company has no outstanding receivables in respect of any orders relating to Jal Jeevan Mission projects. All amounts pertaining to such supplies, have been fully received. Hence our company has insignificant exposure to JJM.
