H.G. Infra Engineering informs about updates
In continuation to earlier announcement dated January 22, 2026, H.G. Infra Engineering has informed that the four officials of the Company viz. Anoop Singh, Gaurav Kushwaha, Akash Patra and Dhiraj Virmani have been taken into custody by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). However, CBI has not shared FIR and other necessary details with the Company. The Company is examining the matter and evaluating appropriate legal steps and will inform the stock exchanges. The Company continues to conduct its business in the normal course and remains committed to high standards of corporate governance, transparency with a focus on protecting the interests of all stakeholders.
