Ramco Systems informs about clarification on price movement
With reference to the clarification sought vide the letter received from BSE-L/SURV/ONL/PV/AJ/ 2025-2026 / 3353 through e-mail on February 05, 2026 pertaining to spurt in price of the Company’s scrip, Ramco Systems has informed that the Company has been regularly intimating to the Exchanges all events & material information that have a bearing on operations/performance of the Company including all price sensitive information that are required to be disclosed pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Further, other than those they have already disclosed, they confirmed that there is no unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) pending to be disclosed to Exchanges as on this date.
