Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the Listing Regulations, Century Enka has informed that it enclosed, Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon which has been duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held today, 6th February, 2026. The Meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 2:03 pm.
