Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR), Reliance Chemotex Industries has informed that Birendra Bahadur Singh, Vice President (designated as Senior Management Personnel) vide letter dated February 7, 2026, tendered his resignation. The Company accepted his resignation and he was relieved from the duties from closing of business hours of February 7, 2026. The details as required under SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/o155 dated November 11, 2024 are enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
