Pursuant to Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Uniroyal Marine Exports has informed that it enclosed the copies of the newspaper advertisements published in respect of the un-audited standalone financial results of the Company for the quarter ended on 31st December 2025. The said advertisements were published in the newspapers, English Daily - Financial Express and Regional Language Daily – Deepika on 11th February, 2026.
