FIIs stood as net buyers in equities as per February 11 data: NSDL
The FIIs as per Wednesday's data were net buyers in both equity and debt segments, according to data released by the NSDL.
In equity segment, the gross buying was of Rs 17879.87 crore against gross selling of Rs 17559.56 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 320.31 crore in equities.
In the debt segment, the gross purchase was of Rs 2026.91 crore with gross sales of Rs 893.05 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 1133.86 crore in debt.
Of the total debt, FIIs stood as net buyers in Debt-General Limit segment at Rs 182.64 crore, they stood at net buyers in Debt-VRR segment at Rs 345.95 crore, while net buyers in Debt-FAR segment at Rs 605.27 crore.
In the hybrid segment, the gross buying was of Rs 26.59 crore against gross selling of Rs 12.34 crore. Thus, FIIs stood as net buyers of Rs 14.25 crore in hybrid segment.
