Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Aqylon Nexus has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today, Wednesday, February 11, 2026, considered and transacted the following business: On the Recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board has considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In terms of the provisions of Regulation 33 of the Listing Regulations, it has enclosed the copy of following: a. Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025; b. Limited Review Report on the said Unaudited Financial Results received from the Statutory Auditors of the Company. The Meeting commenced at 02:00 pm and concluded at 03:05 pm.
