Further to intimation dated February 06, 2026, Capacit'e Infraprojects has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, February 11, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter (Q3) and nine months ended December 31, 2025 (‘Financial Results’). The Financial Results together with limited review report issued by M S K A & Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditor of the Company are enclosed. The Board meeting commenced at 1:45 pm (IST) and concluded at 3:20 pm (IST). This disclosure will also be available on the Company’s website: www.capacite.in.
