Gabriel India has informed that it enclosed copies of the advertisements, published in ‘Business Standard’ (Mumbai and Pune Edition) in the English language; and ‘Loksatta’ (Mumbai and Pune Edition) in the Marathi language newspapers dated February 11, 2026 regarding details of NCLT Convened Meeting of the Equity Shareholders of the Company as directed by the NCLT vide its order dated January 29, 2026, to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2026 through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio-Visual Means.
