Adani Power has incorporated a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS), namely, Adani Atomic Energy (AAEL) to generate, transmit, and distribute electric power derived from nuclear and/or atomic energy. The Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Registration Centre, Registrar of Companies, has been received by the Company on February 11, 2026.
Adani Power is engaged in the business of generation, accumulation, distribution and supply of power and to generally deal in electricity and to explore, develop, generate, accumulate, supply and distribute or to deal in other forms of energy from any source whatsoever.
