Zim Laboratories gets nod to incorporate subsidiary in Chile
The incorporation of Wholly owned subsidiary is with an objective of expansion and development of business in the LATAM region
Zim Laboratories has received approval to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in in Chile, LATAM region namely ‘ZIM Laboratories SpA’ or any other name as approved by the regulatory authority, with an investment of upto $15,000. The incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary is with an objective of expansion and development of business in the LATAM region. The board of directors of the company in its meeting held on February 11, 2026, have considered and approved the same.
ZIM Laboratories manufactures, formulates, and distributes drug delivery systems to develop generic pharmaceutical products.
