NBCC (India) has informed that NBCC recently held discussion with a High-level Delegation led by Vice President, Republic of Seychelles at NBCC Headquarters, New Delhi. During the meeting, discussion was held regarding Island infrastructure development in Seychelles. The proposed development expected to be done in an area of around 139 Acres will have provision for affordable social housing, leisure & hospitality, premium villas, sports arena, social infrastructure etc. A press release in this regard is also enclosed at Annexure - I.
