Synthiko Foils informs about change in name of company
Synthiko Foils has informed that the office of the Central Processing Centre, Registrar of Companies, under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), has approved the name change of the Company from Synthiko Foils Limited to Belding India Limited, pursuant to the issuance of a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 23, 2026. The name of the Company, thus, stands amended to Belding India Limited with effect from February 23, 2026, and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company stands altered to the extent of the name change of the Company. A copy of Certificate of Incorporation issued by MCA is enclosed.
