Further to letter dated February 20, 2026, Mukand has informed that it enclosed copy of the advertisement published in Navshakti (Marathi edition) on February 21, 2026, confirming dispatch of Postal Ballot Notice to Members through email on February 19, 2026. The copies of advertisements are also being hosted on the Company’s website at www.mukand.com.
