KNR Constructions incorporates wholly owned subsidiary
The newly incorporated subsidiary belongs to construction and engineering industry
KNR Constructions has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely ‘KNR Mahabalipuram Infra’ (KMIPL) a special purpose vehicle on February 19, 2026. The newly incorporated subsidiary belongs to construction and engineering industry. KMIPL will carry out the work of construction of four lane elevated corridor along East Coast Road (ECR) from design Chainage Km. 11+480 to Km. 11/800 (West Avenue Road) and upto Km. 24+780 (East Coast Road) Thiruvanmiyur to Uthandi in SH-49 on Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM).
Earlier, the company had secured Letter of Award (LoA) on February 17, 2026 for the said project.
