Alicon Castalloy has informed that it enclosed a copy of the Postal Ballot Notice dated 19th February, 2026 issued in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for seeking approval of the members of the Company by way of passing Special Resolution for –Approval of the Alicon Castalloy – Employees Stock Option Scheme-2026 (ESOS – 2026) In compliance with all applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, and SEBI, the Company has dispatched the notice along with explanatory statement only through electronic mode to all the members, whose e-mail addresses are registered/ available with the Company/DP/ RTA as on the cut-off date, 20th February, 2026. The above notice is also hosted on the Company’s website, www.alicongroup.co.in. This is in compliance under the applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
