Aurobindo Pharma informs about incorporation of new WOS
Aurobindo Pharma has informed that the Company has incorporated a new wholly owned subsidiary (WOS) of the Company by the name of Engenra Biologics. The disclosure pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as ‘Annexure A’.
