Panchratna Building, Subhanpura, Vadodara- 390 023, which was commenced at 03:00 pm and concluded at 04:00 pm have approved the following matters; i. Appointment of Mohanan Shankaran Choran as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. ii. Resignation of Mangi Lal Singhi as Non - Executive Director (DIN: 02754372) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company. iii. Reconstitution of Committees of the Board of Directors.
