Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Aelea Commodities has informed that the Company has received a GST Refund Sanction Order under EPCG scheme along with the corresponding Payment Order from the GST Department on 23 February 2026. The total refund amount sanctioned is ₹1.95 Crores.
