Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Hindustan Copper has informed that it enclosed the newspaper clippings of ‘Notice to the Shareholders regarding special window for re-lodgement of transfer requests of Physical Shares’ published in one English newspaper- ‘Financial Express’ and Bengali newspaper- ‘Sangbad Pratidin’ on 25.02.2026.
