Tata Consultancy Services has clarified that a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been executed with University of Bristol, as referred in the stated news report. TCS has been partnering with Universities globally and in India by entering into MoUs with an objective to nurture talent and create a future-ready workforce. This event, not being material, does not warrant disclosure under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India, 2015 (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (SEBI LODR). Further, there is no other material event/information that mandates disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI LODR. The Company will make appropriate disclosures in compliance with applicable laws, as and when required.
