Cistro Telelink informs about newspaper advertisements
Pursuant to and in read with Regulations 30, 42 and 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Cistro Telelink has informed that it enclosed copies of the newspaper advertisements published in connection with the fixation of record date for giving effect to the order passed by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Indore Bench vide dated January 21, 2026 with respect to Reduction in Share Capital of the Company. The aforesaid advertisements were published on February 25, 2026, in Free Press Journal (English edition) and Indore Samachar (Hindi edition).
