Kothari Industrial Corporation rises on signing MoU with ITECH Lyon

This collaboration is expected to enhance technical capability and skin development polymer in leather and related areas

The scrip opened at Rs. 183.75 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 184.00 and Rs. 178.00 respectively. So far 3585 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 5 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 624.95 on 09-Sep-2025 and a 52 week low of Rs. 106.85 on 28-Feb-2025.

Kothari Industrial Corporation has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ITECH Lyon, France on February 25, 2026. The MoU is for academic collaboration to design and deliver a one-year diploma/ certificate in leather technology to bring latest technological innovation in training and finishing, this will upgrade the students to be in touch with latest innovations.

ITECH Lyon will provide academic and teaching services, and the company will provide necessary infrastructure and administrative support. This collaboration is expected to enhance technical capability and skin development polymer in leather and related areas.
