Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Premier Polyfilm has informed that the Company has received an intimation via email on 25-02-2026 at 16.15 hours from its Statutory Auditor, M A R S & Associates, stating that the said firm has been merged into A D V AND CO LLP. Consequent to the aforesaid merger, as a result of the said merger, M A R S & Associates has ceased to exist as a separate entity and all engagements, responsibilities, and professional obligations of the erstwhile firm have been assumed by A D V AND CO LLP. The audit firm shall continue to serve under the banner of the new merged firm, ensuring continuity and quality of service without any disruption. Accordingly, the Company proposes to take this change on record and appointment of A D V AND CO LLP as the Statutory Auditor of the Company, subject to the approval of the Board of Directors and the Members of the Company, as applicable, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws. The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024 shall be submitted upon approval of the Board.
