East West Freight Carriers informs about disclosure
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, East West Freight Carriers has informed that the Company has filed petition under Section 61(1)(b) of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 35 and Rule 71 of the National Company Law Tribunals Rules, 2016 for consolidation of Shares by increasing its face value from Rs 2 per share to Rs 10 before National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Mumbai on the 27th day of June, 2025 and the said petition was admitted by the Hon’ble Tribunal on 24th day of February, 2026. The said petition is now fixed for hearing before Mumbai Bench - Court - V of National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai on 8th day of April, 2026.
