DEE Development Engineers informs about updates
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, DEE Development Engineers has informed that the Company has secured first ever contracts for supply of seamless pipes which will be manufactured in its newly established forged seamless pipe plant situated at Anjar, Gujarat. The details as required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P-CIR//2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are enclosed as Annexure I.
