GTL Infrastructure informs about disclsoure
GTL Infrastructure has informed that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Bombay has, by its judgment dated 27th February 2026 (uploaded on its website on 28th February, 2026), allowed the Writ Petition filed by the Company challenging the registration of CBI FIR bearing RC2192023E0022 dated 16th August 2023. The Hon'ble Bombay High Court has quashed the aforesaid FIR and has held that no offence is made out warranting continuation of investigation pursuant thereto. The Company remains committed to the highest standards of governance and compliance.
