M&M sells remaining 20% stake in BPIWSPL
Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 5.07 crore
Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has sold its remaining 20% of the paid-up share capital of Blue Planet Integrated Waste Solutions (BPIWSPL) to Blue Planet Environmental Solutions India (BPES India), an affiliate of BPES, on March 2, 2026.
Consequent to which, the company’s shareholding in BPIWSPL has become NIL and BPIWSPL has ceased to be the associate of the company. Consideration received from such sale/disposal is Rs 5.07 crore.
