Emrock Corporation’s Limited Liability Partnership -- Emrock Signature Hospitality LLP has planned to develop a hospitality and event infrastructure project. The company holds 39% stake in Emrock Signature Hospitality LLP.

Emrock Signature Hospitality LLP has executed Lease Deed for a period of 14 years for development of a hospitality project on a property admeasuring around 9,652 Square Meters, situated at Behind Club Babylon, Science City, Sola, Ahmedabad. The proposed project intends to create Banquet Hall with a capacity of around 1,400 persons, Party Plot / Open Event Area having a capacity of around 1,200 persons, Restaurant with a seating capacity of around 250 persons at a time and Parking Facility.

The total initial estimated cost of project is expected to be in the range of Rs 12 crore to Rs 15 crore. The project is expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2026, subject to receipt of necessary approvals and completion of construction activities. The investment has been made as part of the company’s strategic initiative to participate in the development of hospitality infrastructure and to explore growth opportunities in this segment.
