Further to its intimations dated April 26, 2024, January 11, 2025 and August 06, 2025 in regard to pending litigation related to Central Goods and Service Tax. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (‘Listing Regulations’), Patanjali Foods has informed that, further to its intimation dated March 03, 2026, the Office of the Commissioner, CGST(Appeals), Meerut has upheld the order- in- original dated January 10, 2025 and imposed a penalty of Rs. 10,000 each on Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
