Varroc Engineering informs about ESG rating
In furtherance of the ESG Rating previously assigned by CRISIL ESG Ratings & Analytics (‘Crisil ESG 54’) and SES ESG Research (‘70.3’), Varroc Engineering has informed that CFC Finlease, a SEBI registered and licensed ESG Rating Provider, has voluntarily assigned an ESG rating of 75 to the Company based on the publicly available information. This rating reflects the Company’s performance across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) parameters, as assessed by the rating agency. The Company has not engaged CFC Finlease for the ESG rating, and the said rating information was received from BSE. The aforesaid information is also being placed on the website of the Company at www.varroc.com.
