Sika Interplant Systems has informed that with reference to the email regarding discrepancies observed in the Financial Results submitted under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the discrepancy pointed out by the Exchange in the Limited Review Report with respect to confirmation of the period mentioned in the first paragraph has been duly noted. Accordingly, the corrected Limited Review Report confirming the appropriate period for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 has been obtained from the Statutory Auditors and the rectified Financial Results along with the revised Limited Review Report are being uploaded on the BSE Listing Portal.
