ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company informs about allotment of ESOP
ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company has informed that the Company has allotted 130,830 equity shares of face value of ₹ 10 each on March 10, 2026, under the following schemes: ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Option Scheme (2005): 128,730 equity shares; ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited - Employees Stock Unit Scheme (2023): 2,100 equity shares. The above-referred allotment has been approved by the Managing Director & CEO of the Company today, at 12:49 pm IST pursuant to the authority delegated by the Board of Directors at its Meeting held on January 22, 2019.
