Bajel Projects announces collaboration agreement with NIIF and Anantgrid
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Bajel Projects has informed that the Company has executed a Collaboration Agreement with National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF) and Anantgrid Private Limited (Anantgrid). The details as required under Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI LODR Regulations further read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, are enclosed as Annexure A along with Press Release.
