JITF Infralogistics has informed that JWIL Infra limited, material subsidiary of the company, has incorporated an entity ‘CWS Private Limited’ in consortium with SPML Infra Limited (26% equity) and Vishnusurya Projects & Infra Limited (10% equity), as stepdown subsidiary on 10th March 2026.
