Zodiac Energy acquires majority stake in Shamli Solar Projects LLP
Accordingly, Shamli Solar Projects LLP has become subsidiary of Company
Zodiac Energy has acquired a majority stake and has been admitted as a partner in Shamli Solar Projects LLP, with effect from March 11, 2026. Following the acquisition, the company now holds a 98% ownership interest in the aforesaid LLP through direct capital contribution. Accordingly, Shamli Solar Projects LLP has become subsidiary of Company.
Zodiac Energy is engaged in the business of installation of Solar Power Generation Plant/Items.
