Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Optiemus Infracom has informed that it enclosed a press release is being issued by Optiemus Electronics, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, in respect of its agreement with Nxtquantum Shift Technologies India, a deep-tech Indian company building secure, sovereign digital platforms for a digital-first world, to manufacture Ai+ smartphones, tablets, IoT devices, and advanced wearable products in India.
