Currency futures for March expiry trade weaker with 1.55% increase in OI
The partially convertible rupee is currently trading at 92.3550, weaker compared to its Wednesday’s close at 92.01. The rupee opened at 92.25 and touched day’s high of 92.3650 and low of 92.25.
The March currency futures were trading at 92.4325 with a spread of 0.0125 and a volume of 1,47,428. The contract opened at 92.20 weaker from its previous closing of 92.05. The open interest (OI) stood at 27,18,851 up by 1.55% compared to its previous close of 26,77,355.
