Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company raises Rs 250 crore through NCDs
The NCDs have a tenure of 10 years and carry a coupon rate of 8.15% per annum
Canara HSBC Life Insurance Company has raised Rs 250 crore through allotment of non-convertible debentures (NCDs) on private placement basis. The company has allotted 25,000 unsecured, subordinated, listed, rated, redeemable, noncumulative, fully paid-up NCDs in the nature of ‘Subordinated Debt’, each having a face value of Rs 1,00,000. The NCDs have a tenure of 10 years and carry a coupon rate of 8.15% per annum. The Debt Raising Committee of the Board at its meeting held on March 13, 2026, has approved the same.
