QGO Finance has raised Rs 5 crore through the allotment of 500 Transferable Unsecured Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs 1,00,000 each on a Private Placement basis. The NCDs have a tenure of 9 years and carry coupon rate of 12% per annum payable monthly. The majority of the Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on March 13, 2026 have approved the same.
