Requisite details as per SEBI Master Circular bearing Ref. No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFDPOD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 is enclosed as Annexure II. The Board meeting commenced at 12.10 pm and ended at 12.56 pm.
