Pursuant to Regulation 30 and the other applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, ATN International has informed that it attached the Scheme of Reduction of Share Capital of the Company. The same has been approved by the Board of Directors at its Board Meeting held on Tuesday, 27th January 2026 and the shareholders of the Company at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (‘EGM’) held on Monday, 09th March, 2026.
