Vedanta has informed that the duly constituted Committee of Directors of the Company has approved the allotment of 2,57,500 (Two Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) Indian Rupees (INR) Denominated Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated, Listed, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of ₹ 1,00,000 each, aggregating to INR 25,75,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Seventy Five Crore only) (Debentures) on a private placement basis. The approval has been accorded at 11:11 AM IST.
