Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and in accordance with Para A of Part A - Schedule III of the said Regulations read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7) 2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026 (Collectively referred to as Listing Regulations), Intellect Design Arena has informed that the Board of Directors of Intellect Design Arena at its meeting held today, i.e., Monday, March 16, 2026 has approved the proposal to enter into a joint venture arrangement with Fintel PLC (UK), to establish a joint venture, based on the review and recommendation of the Audit Committee. This Joint Venture entity is proposed to be incorporated in the United Kingdom. The detailed information as required under the aforementioned Listing Regulations is provided in Annexure - I attached.
