Dev Labtech Venture completes investment of AED 4.90 lakh in Dubai subsidiary

Dev Labtech Venture has made a payment of AED 4,90,000 towards initial subscription of 490 equity shares of AED 1,000 each (par value) in its Wholly Owned Subsidiary incorporated in Dubai, UAE, namely ‘Dev Labtech Trading FZCO’, on March 13, 2026.
Dev Labtech Trading FZCO is engaged in the business of Trading of Jewellery, Diamonds, Pearls & Precious Stones. The investment was made for the purpose of expansion of the Business and to make global presence and to leverage new growth opportunities in the UAE markets.
Dev Labtech Venture is in business of manufacturing, marketing and sourcing of diamonds - natural and lab grown having wide application in Jewellery.
