Pulsar International has informed pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 that the board of Directors at their meeting held today 16th March, 2026 have considered and approved appointment of Sohilkumar Patel (DIN: 10877535) as an Additional Executive Whole-time Director of the Company, pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Sohilkumar Patel is not debarred from holding office of the Director by virtue of any order passed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
