Taparia Tools informs about trading window closure
In compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, (PIT Regulations) and as per the Company's Code of Conduct, Taparia Tools has informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors/officers/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined under the PIT Regulations and the said code, from 1st April, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results of the company for the period ended on 31st March, 2026.
