Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Updater Services has informed that: 1. The appointment of Ram Praveen Radhakrishnan as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from March 17, 2026. 2. That, upon the appointment of Ram Praveen Radhakrishnan as the Company's Group CFO, Surinder Kumar, interim Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company has tendered his resignation from the position of Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from the close of business hours on March 16, 2026. However, he will continue to serve as the CFO of Denave and also continue to support other group initiatives in a senior finance leadership capacity and role. The Board placed on record it's sincere appreciation for his services as the Group's interim Group CFO and wished him continued growth and success within the Group. The details in respect of resignation and appointment of Group Chief Financial Officer required under 30 of SEBI Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026, is given in Annexures to this letter.
