Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions informs about acquisition
Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended (‘SEBI Listing Regulations’), Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions has informed that the Company has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Kintech Synergy and Kintech Solarbikaner on 16 March 2026 for the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Kintech Solarbikaner. In compliance with the SEBI Listing Regulations and Securities and Exchange Board of India Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/l/3762/2026 dated 30 January 2026 (as amended), the details of the transaction are provided in Annexure -A enclosed.
